Contact Sourdoughy
Sourdoughy is made by a very small team, and the fastest way to reach us about anything, a bug, a billing question, a correction to a guide, or a recipe you would like us to add, is email. Write to [email protected]. We read every message and normally reply within two working days.
What to include
A little context saves a round trip, so where it applies please tell us:
- App problems: your device (for example iPhone 14, Android 14), the app version from the Settings screen, and what you were doing when it went wrong.
- Purchases and subscriptions: the store you bought through. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google rather than by us, but we will point you to the right place.
- Corrections: the page, and what looks wrong. We would genuinely rather be told.
Subscriptions, refunds and cancellations
Sourdoughy is free to download, with an optional premium subscription. Because subscriptions are billed by the app stores, cancellations and refunds go through them:
- iPhone and iPad: Settings, your name, Subscriptions.
- Android: Google Play, your profile picture, Payments and subscriptions.

Who runs Sourdoughy
Sourdoughy is published by Black Box Code LLC, which is also the seller listed on the App Store and Google Play. The guides, recipes and tutorials are written by Ana Prieto, a home sourdough baker.

Before you write in
A lot of questions are already answered in the guides: starters that will not rise, hooch, feeding ratios, dense crumb. It might be quicker than waiting for us.
